Forces to Host Virtual “Ride Days” – Jan. 14-25
WHO: 24 Hours of Booty, Inc. and the YMCA of Greater Charlotte
WHAT: 24 Hours of Booty is teaming up with
the YMCA of Greater Charlotte to
host rides during select spin classes at the Dowd, Harris and Morrison branches
during “24 Days of Booty.” Each of the below classes will feature a virtual
ride of all three courses in Charlotte, Columbia, Md. and Atlanta, enabling
participants to experience each city’s “Booty Loop.”

WHY: The goal of “24 Days of Booty” (runs Jan. 4-27, 2010) is to celebrate the new year and the recent launch
of the 24 Hours of Booty 2010
events in Charlotte, Columbia, Md. and Atlanta through the above-mentioned 24
Hours of Booty “Ride Days” and Online contest. Anyone is eligible to enter the “24
Days of Booty” contest – features a daily question or activity on 24 Hours of
Booty’s blog (a feature of its
newly revamped Web site) and on
its Facebook
page –
for a chance to win. Registration in
the 2010 24 Hours of Booty charity

In addition, the Dowd YMCA is home to new Carolinas
Cancer Wellness Program powered by 24 Hours of Booty, which provides cancer
patients to have a tranquil place to exercise and work one-on-one with trained
medical and sports medicine professionals as part of their wellness journey.

The Ninth
Annual 24 Hours of Booty in Charlotte is scheduled to roll on the “Booty Loop” in
Myers Park from 7 p.m. Friday, July 30 to 7 p.m. Saturday, July 31, 2010. In addition, 24 Hours of Booty will also host the
Second Annual 24 Hours of Booty of Columbia, Md. at Gateway Business Park
“Booty Loop” on Aug.28-29 and its inaugural event in Atlanta on Oct.2-3. The
location is still being determined for the Atlanta event.
