Hey, everyone has to have rules. Didn't your mom teach you to have standards?

Don't worry, being a professional or even a decent cyclist is not one of them. In other words, if you haven't dusted off your Schwinn in a while, don't sweat it. We can't wait to see you! But maybe you should dust your bike off before you ride.

And while people of all ages are invited to participate in the spirit of the event, there are rules of the road for who can ride.
