Safety Information
We appreciate your effort in keeping 24 Hours of Booty a safe and enjoyable event for all riders. While the course is blocked off from traffic with round-the-clock police protection, each rider should make safety a top priority.
Entering and exiting the course: To help local traffic, we ask that all cyclists enter and exit the course at the start/finish area.
Traffic: The course will be well marked, barricaded, and coned off to traffic. Police officers will be stationed at all major intersections to help direct cars, cyclists, and pedestrians. Participants are asked to help monitor ride safety by reporting any incidents involving others not riding responsibly to 24 Hours of Booty Safety Staff.
Safety Staff: We will have an abundant number of uniformed police officers monitoring the course during the event. Course monitors will be on foot and bikes to assist riders during the full 24 hours. Course monitors will wear blue volunteer shirts and orange vests so they can be easily located.
Riders’ Responsibility Code:
(Placing your hand over your heart and repeating the code aloud is optional. Following the code, however, is NOT- so pay close attention. These are the rules of the road.)

24 Hours of Booty staff reserves the right to eject any rider from the course on the FIRST incident, if it is deemed that the rider is guilty of gross negligence, irresponsibility, or riding under the influence of an intoxicating substance.
